The Power of the Blood
On Day 10 of our prayer and fasting journey, we focus on the divine protection available through the blood of Jesus. Just as the Israelites experienced deliverance in Egypt through the blood of the Passover lamb, we, as believers, are covered and protected by the precious blood of Christ.
Revelation 12:11 declares that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. The blood of Jesus is not just a symbol but a spiritual reality, offering protection, redemption, and victory over all evil.
Applying the Blood in Prayer
The blood of Jesus grants us access to the very presence of God (Hebrews 10:19-22). It serves as a shield against harm, danger, and spiritual attacks. By pleading the blood of Jesus over our lives, families, and possessions, we affirm God’s promise of protection and security.
Psalm 91:10-11 reminds us that no harm will overtake us, and no plague will come near our dwellings, for God commands His angels to guard us. Let this truth inspire confidence and boldness in your prayers today.
