End of February Fasting & Prayer
Theme: Redeeming the time
25 February 2025

Focus Scripture
"Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion and to the descendants of Jacob their sins." – Isaiah 58:1
The Call to True Consecration
There is a divine protocol when entering the presence of the King. Psalm 100:2 reminds us to come before God with singing and thanksgiving. Worship sets the atmosphere for divine encounters. As we seek God in fasting and prayer, we must also allow Him to examine our hearts. Isaiah 58:1-12 reveals that true fasting is not just about abstaining from food but about breaking free from sin, seeking justice, and walking in obedience.
1 Corinthians 11:1 calls us to follow the example of Christ. Our walk with God is a journey of transformation, where we strive daily to become more like Jesus. Through His grace, we can overcome sin and live lives that reflect His holiness.
Redeeming the Time
Time is one of God’s greatest gifts, and we are called to use it wisely. Ephesians 5:16 exhorts us to "make the most of every opportunity because the days are evil." Many distractions compete for our attention, but God calls us to live with intentionality—whether at home, school, work, or church. We must ask God to open our eyes and ears to the divine opportunities He brings our way.
As a church, we recognize that there have been missed opportunities to evangelize and nurture souls. Today, we repent for where we have fallen short and ask God for fresh grace, wisdom, and urgency to reach the lost in March.
