He graduated from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in 2010 and worked in different industries before migrating to Switzerland where he pursued his masters in International and Monetary Economics at the University of Basel & Bern. He holds a dual masters degree certificate in Banking Economics but has worked in two pharmaceutical giants in Switzerland. He is currently a full time Global Clinical Manager. His leisure activities are playing the piano, bass guitar and football.

In Switzerland, he unreservedly chased after God‘s work and actively partook in Christian programme in various churches, from the organization of gospel rock shows to playing instruments for ministries of diverse denominations and street evangelism. Soon enough his leadership abilities and incubated ministerial gifts and callings were noticed by some of these ministers. Aps. Gordon Boakye being one of those ministers in conviction pushed him into Eldership. This man of God in the face of opposition defiantly positioned Asomani Joseph as the head of then Basel Assembly of the Church of Pentecost, currently the Fortified City Church. Oh, growth came rapidly as he worked tirelessly being strengthened in vigour by the grace of God. A new chapter is beginning already and yet still more glorious pages unfolds.

Asomani indeed shows a keen interest and strong passion for the youth. He believes in the future of the youth and hence makes them his friends. They freely share their hearts and minds with him on whatever topic is fit for the season and life. He therefore intends to invest more into the youth of Basel. His impact is not only on church members within but extends to those without as well, for God wants his entire family back.
Even as young as he is he has given a lot to the body of Christ and has a vision of raising a multinational Church of Pentecost in Basel. His love for people is divine and infectious. It is a thing to behold, just like the children‘s song: Jesus loves the little children; all the children of the world - red and yellow, black and white - all are precious in his sight.
Ovr. Joseph holds his wife in high honour. He believes his wife is the reason why his ministry is moving on to a higher dimension. You cannot see Joseph anywhere without his wife. He often says his love for his wife is unconditional.
